I had AppleWorks on my iMac G5 when it came and I had got it all set up, and then I insalled Microsoft Office, AppleWorks seemed to disapear. Is there a way to get it back?

Installing MS Office has no effect on AppleWorks. That aside if it was installed from the factory it will be on the restore DVD. You should be able to install AppleWorks only (as opossed to doing a whole restore) using Pacifist.
