Application installs systemwide shortcut, how can I remove it?

I have installed the Mac software for the 3CX phone system. Works good, BUT: As long as the app is open the shortcut "COM+3" opens the app. Quite annoying, to say the least... 😡

How can I remove this shortcut? 😕
