Application suddenly starts quitting on opening

Hi All,

First post here... Photoshop (v. 8) suddenly started quitting on opening and I feel absolutely devastated as I have no idea where to look for the cause. The machine is PPC with OS X 10.4.11. Find attached the crash report. Any help will be highly appreciated.
