Hey guys! I had to register to this forum, because this thread was pissing me off.
I took the decision of paying for a better connection, and now my roommate complains that his connection is slow because of ME. I haven't downloaded sh*t for ages now, specially not since he, being a d*ck, changed the WPA password, and I had to go talk to the landlady just so she would give it to me.
Now they just knocked on the door complaining again.
This is ridiculous. Are they lying just to frame me? It's like he visited this thread and did what you advised (changing password, threatening, blah blah).
It's very unfair because all I use the internet now is for browsing simple pages like email and digg.com.
What the hell is wrong then? Why am I the bad guy? He probably has a connection/bandwidth management problem (or driver bug), and I'm the one being blamed!!
You guys just keep assuming that if someone's internet is slow, that means the roommate is definitely sucking up bandwidth with illegal torrent downloads. Most of you sound like him! I AM NOT DOWNLOADING ANYTHING =D (except for 100 kb web pages )
We had enough arguments for me to consider moving out and getting my own place.
