Application window stuck - can't move it

I am using JDownloader and when I open it up, it all ways goes to the same position on my desktop . The problem is this application window is shown too high at the top bar, so the option to reduce or move to the dock is not seen , so I can't move the window any where but its original position ..

ive tried every thing I can think of to move it , but no luck

can any one suggest a way ?

Try toggling Spaces and dragging it to a new space. It should open to where you drag it.
