I have 5 applications, 2 of which are paid. 3 are free.
All bought from my itouch.
Only 3 of the applications are showing in my library.

I have syncronised twice but cannot get the missing apps into library.

Please advise

With your touch connected and iTunes open go to File > Transfer purchases from iPod and your apps should be copied back to iTunes.

I am having the same issue. This does not work - iTunes acts as if it begins to copy the app, then stops. No error dialog, just no transfer.

Edit: I am having this issue on iPhone 3G.

I have the same problem .... but try sync'ing and then follow big-blue-wolf's instructions in iTunes. I think this works although it is taking a very long time to sync Texas hold em

I'm having this problem too. If I buy apps on my ipod and then sync it, iTunes will prompt me to copy them. It seems to start the process then gives up without any error message.

Also today I had my first app update (enigmo). I downloaded it in iTunes and sync'd my ipod. It flashed up "updating enigmo" then moved on to sync'd the rest of my content. On checking the app store still said engimo had an update. I then clicked sync in itunes and it started updating enigmo again but this time it took about 2-3mins.
