applications missing for a ibook g4 running 10.4.11

i was given i ibook with no reinstall disks
the problem being some newb deleted the applications folder
so i have no browser, no system prefs or terminal
can someone help me out a zip me a copy of safari or firefox,system preferences and terminal

You can also get the Restore CDs from Apple for 15 to 30 USD. Just make sure, they are for Tiger and not Panther.
