Applications not Showing in iTunes

None of my apps are showing in iTunes. I tried the "transfer purchases from iPhone" and it does nothing. I don't even have an "Applications" section under my library. Anyone know why? It's the current version of iTunes.

Do you have show applications checked in the General Preferences pane?
