iPod touch Apps cannot update

Hi Guys I'm having a problem with my iPod Touch...
Anyway, when I try to update apps, free or not, they always get a error that says that it is unable to downloaded/installed at this time.
Any help?

try updating through iTunes and then sync with iPod?
