iOS Apps crash uniquely on my device

Hi,
Application has exited with status 45
in the console it prints:"Program exited with status value:45"
since yesterday all my apps doesn't work on my device and only on my device, on the simulator and on any other device they all work fine.
i jailbreaked my iphone 3GS 2 months ago (all the apps worked fine on my device until yesterday) and all the other devices i tried (another iPhone 3GS and an iPhone 4) are not JailBrokened.
anyone has an idea..?

Since we don't discuss jailbreaking in these forums, you probably should seek a forum that does.

Does nobody know what this Error:
"Application has exited with status 45"
could mean..?
It's not necessarily related to JailBreaked iPhone..
and how to solve it..?
i really need this help guys, i can't develop on my own device..
