Apps for transcribing Voice memos-

I have downloaded Youmail for transcribing voicemails (but it is not free) but I am looking for an option to transcribe voice memos since you can save voicemails as voice memos as well.

Any recommendations?

I found TranscribeMe but it takes 3 days for a transcription and it costs as well. That is probably one of the worst options due to the delay. Still looking. Not sure why Siri can't do this yet.

Well, at least for voicemails, Google Voice can do it.

I just tried Google Voice but it doesnt seem to work... Phone calls say- "could not complete your call, please try again". Strange, I followed the long code that they required and the phone showed that it worked. I thought maybe AT&T blocked it?
