Apps force close ip6 802

Facebook app and a few others will only open for 2-30 seconds. I tried the following:

Reboot
Restore from backup and no surprise it still has the issue

Is next step to factory restore and download apps from store, not iCloud?

Try Deleting the apps that have this problem and reinstall them again. This would be my thought before a restore.
