Apps images turning Grey

As the title states, the images of the apps are turning solid grey, after i did a hard reset (holding top button) 4 app images turned grey. I tried deleting and redownloading the app, didnt work. Then I tried doing another hard reset, and instead of working, another app image turned grey.

Any advice?

Edit: Forgot to say, this is for a Black 16GB 3GS
