I think you should also mention what exactly is the problem when you say “incompatible”.

Quits unexpectedly after launching.

No change with iOS 11.0.2

I mostly had those apps closing upon first launch. Or closing in the middle of use. The close at launch has mostly been eliminated by updating apps. The closing during use is still an issue on occasion. I'm on 11.0, and don't plan on updating until 11.1 comes out, or whenever first jailbreak launches.

It’s down to the developers of those apps to optimise with newer iOS versions.

Agreed, mostly a dev issue, which is why my issues have been resolved with updates. Just giving my experience to OP.

I think the problem with the Flir Cloud app is its a hardware incompatibility issue, again the app works fine on iOS 11.0.x on an iPhone 6 and iPad Mini. Being a developer without the hardware to test it on is definitely a disadvantage for many developers. I'm hoping they'll get this taken care of soon.

My Flir One (5s version) hardware does not work at all with iOS 11. Does anyone know of some kind of "diagonstic" or debug mode where I can see in either app (the FLir one app v2.x or 3.x) anything that might be useful? I have tried with both my old 5s and my SE. The app starts but never sees the camera. I've plugged it in multiple times, and held the calibration button down many times for long periods with no luck.
