Apps not opening

Is anyone having trouble opening apps downloaded from the internet?
When I try to open some apps that worked just fine before now jump in the dock and close instantly.
I'm running GM.

Sounds like that thing in security and privacy under the general tab that stops apps outside of the app store from opening? What do you have that set to? Although usually you get a popup saying why it didn't open and to change that setting.

I am not running sierra though so maybe they changed it.

I have it set just like this. But if you right click-Open an app even if the developer is not identified the app should open.. but it doesn't

No, I just took that photo from google cause my OS is in portuguese.. but I have that setting set

No error is showed, the app just doesn't open at all

That's strange, the terminal command work on my Mac.
