I have troubles with apps not synchronizing between my IPad and iPhone. When i add an app to one device, i have to do it manually to other device. Any suggestions to fix this?

iPhone apps usually download automatically to other iPhone devices linked to you, but not another device entirely like an iPad.
Settings/App Store there is a setting for "automatic downloads" of either Apps (which I leave off) and App Updates (which I leave on). I believe this will work between your iPhone and iPad assuming (1) the setting is turned ON on both devices and (2) both devices are signed in with the same Apple ID.
