I recently bought and downloaded several apps from the iTunes store. When I went to sync my iPod Touch with my computer, it went through the entire process and then told me that my sync was successful and complete. However, the apps are not on the iPod and I can't get them to transfer over. I am using the most current version of iTunes, and a diagnostics run found no problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

maybe u have to go under the applications tab on the ipod's page when it is connected and see if u have the "only sync checked apps" option ticked. if it is, then just switch to sync all apps.

Perhaps.
Do make sure again that the Apps are compatible, if you haven't upgraded to 3.0, and if they are actually on your computer, in iTunes.
