Apps Not Updating, New Apps Wont Download

dont know what happened, but I’m all updated to 12.1 and I can’t load any apps or update them in App Store. It’ll say something like “App could not be downloaded at this time” incredibly infuriating. Anyone experiencing this?

Not terrible, 10mbps. On iPhone X. Weird.

Just to confirm, tried restart/another Wi-Fi network/etc. and no go, right? There was the same bug on beta, so if you won't find any easier solution try to make encrypted backup > reset to factory > restore from the backup.

That’s correct. The weird part is that when you click update it’ll do a really quick looking download, then go back to show update. The app will have the blue dot next to it like it was updated. Such a odd bug. Just frustrating I can’t update my apps
