Apps Not Updating

Anyone else having this issue? When I go to the App Store and click Update for an app, the circle comes up for a second, then it goes back to Update. I've tried on both cellular and wifi. I'm running 8.0.1, but it was doing it earlier on 8.0 as well

Yes i have that with the 6+ on 8.0 as well on some apps update. Restarting the phone, re-install the app didn't help. Weird.

It could be Apple has suspended all updates temporarily. They may have had HealthKit Apps in the update pipeline and need to purge them before allowing updates. Just a thought.
