I should have specified:

• It's not my dock.
• I want to know numbers 16, 20, 22, 30, and 33. (On @simsaladimbamba's diagram)

33 looks like cloud app

It is possible that you are right about CloudApp, however, in my experience, CloudApp runs in the menu bar, not in the dock.
