Apps on iPhone OS 3.0 stuck on "Waiting...." while Downloading

When I try to download an app from the App Store, the icon for the app shows up but never downloads/installs. It just sits on "Waiting....." and then eventually says that an unknown error has occurred. This happening to anyone else?

The servers are busy with others downloading 3.0. Wait for a better time to shop for apps.
