Apps open to blank screen (ATV 4K)

Hello all,

Curious issue..... after upgrading my receiver to 4k. I randomly have non-video apps open to blank screen, then crash after a few minutes. I can only solve this by restarting the ATV 4K. Even the settings app is affected so I have to use the remote to restart the it. The ATV 4k is n the latest tvOS, and the issue only started after I installed the Denon receiver.

Is there a setting on the ATV or Denon that is causing this issue?
