Since upgrading to Sierra, I've had this issue where anything I type with the keyboard ends up in the Launchpad search text box. This is incredibly frustrating because if I type in 'fa' in Chrome to go to Facebook and press enter, FaceTime will open because what I typed in Chrome also ended up in Launchpad.
Also, any character I type in Launchpad while it's open shows up twice. Is there a setting I unknowing flipped? I even reinstalled the operating system after upgrading, but the same problem persists.
