Hi!
So I’ve searched all around and I can’t seem to find this exact issue.

I have a series 3 Apple Watch.
No matter how many times I close an app, it keeps reopening on its own.
For example the iTunes app is open, so I close it.
2 minutes later when I turn my wrist up, it’s right on the lock screen!
No matter what I do!
Or it’s the Nike+ app or the strava app etc etc.
No matter how many times I close them, they keep. Coming. Back. On.

Losin’ my **** over here

Reset? Re-paired? Come on, you ain’t given us much to go on if you want help

in the watch app on the phone
settings -> general -> wake screen

what are you settings there?

also don't worry too much about an app being "open"
multi-tasking works much differently on the watch than a computer.

if you're just concerned that it keeps showing up when you raise your wrist, the above setting should fix that.

But, unless I’m reading it wrong, that doesn’t explain why an app suddenly reopens after a couple of minutes?

When you close them are you pushing the crown once or twice? under 'wake screen' in settings I have my "show last app" set to 'always'. If I'm done with an app I push the crown once to get back to the app honeycomb and *again* to get back to my watch face. Then it stays on my watch face.

Hey!
Thanks for the advice!
I’ll try and respond accordingly:

Yes reset & repaired.

I did not do the wake screen yet but I will in a few.

I was also thinking that that may not help the apps reopening but it may fix the wake screen

Ahhh I’m only pushing it once
I’ll try to adjust to those settings then try the double tap:)

I shall return
