For example, say I have words with friends open, when i open it, instead of it starting on the same screen i was on, it reloads everything.

safari does this.
hanging with friends does this.
a few other apps have started doing this too, and i don't know why.

what do you guys think?

I think is has nothing to do with being jailbroken. As a matter of fact, I know it doesn't.

My girl's stock 4s does the same thing, on the sames apps, as my 4.

Commonality? iOS 5.0.1

Pretty sure it did not happen in 5.0

There you go :p

Well, that's great, but mine DIDN'T do it on either stock 5.0 or 5.0.1. Now that I'm jailbroken, it does.

Commonality? There isn't any.

Stock it doesn't do it, jailbroken it does. As I said before, not a dealbreaker.

Mine did it some on stock... especially when opening settings, but now it does it with more apps, so maybe its a combination?

Download crash report from cydia and see if that helps if not post the results here of your last crash and i'll take a look.

Normally clearing out the data of these apps will resolve most problems
