Does anyone else randomly experience their apps becoming unresponsive?

It's hard for me to tell if it's the new phone (iPhone 11 Pro Max) or a problem with iOS 13, since both are brand new for me as of 2 weeks ago.

For example - I was in Snapchat today, and went to reply back to someone's snap - I pressed the camera button but it wouldn't open the camera for me to send a snap. Only thing I could do was swipe up to get out of the app.

Another example - I was in the Qdoba app to pay for my meal the other day, and I went to the rewards tab to pay for my meal. When I attempted to tap on my payment card, nothing happened - other than I could only swipe up to get out of the app.

I'm going to take a wild guess that this may be an iOS/software issue, rather than my iPhone 11 hardware itself?

I don't use my iPad 2018 enough to see if it happens there or not.

Have any of you experienced similar problems?

I've found with other iPhones on other versions of iOS that if I restart the phone once a day, it will work better. The times I've kept any of them on for several days in a row, I've experienced slight hiccups, pauses, glitches and sometimes weird behavior.

iOS, 13 is damn buggy at the moment... Or app bugs in latest updates. But definitely not hardware.

Begins to sound like when you restored from your other phone or ipad it didn’t go well.

Use your iPad Pro or setup as new.

It's ios. I have almost the same problem with other apps.

Restarting everyday is a lame solution.
My previous phone was a Xiaomi, and before selling it I looked up at its uptime - it was 970 hours. A month and a half without restarts.
