Apps Syncing to iTunes

Hi,
I jailbroke my itouch the other day using the new Spirit jailbreak on my 3rd gen itouch with 3.1.3 firmware on it. I installed a couple of apps with installous on it. Today I decided to sync my itouch with itunes, but then it deleted those devices I installed on my itouch with installous. I have Appsync for OS 3.1 installed right now, but it apparently didn't work.

Does anyone know what the problem may be?

Buy the apps and you won't have that problem.

How did you fix it? I dont have that problem, but iTunes doesnt sync or update or anything with the installous apps, it just treats them like cydia and stuff.
