Technically, Yahoo! Weather has been that way before iOS 7 was announced. I had it back in May and it looked the same way it does now.

True. I had it from the day one and I love it. But using Apple's weather now. There were even few speciulations before iOS 7 was announced that it may have Yahoo weather's style. They were not much wrong about that.

official youtube app
That has more of Google's iOS design look, and iOS 7 design in turn just happens to be somewhat similar in some ways (like use of flat graphics, lots of white space, etc.).

Are we talking about the old YouTube app or the drastically redesigned one that just dropped this week? I'd say the latter bears more deliberate similarity to iOS 7 than anything seen thus far.

The new one. Again, it's certainly flat and white and all that, but that's actually more in line with other Google iOS apps and their design than it is with iOS 7 (and iOS 7 just happens to be similar in design concepts to what Google has been doing with their iOS apps for some time now, before iOS 7 was even revealed).

That said, I think, so far, McTube probably has the most (look/feel) similarity to the overall iOS 7 design.

While I agree about the new YouTube app's overall Googleness, certain particular elements stand out as patent homage to iOS 7. For instance—the abandoning of drop shadows (including scroll-under effect), the use of Helvetica neue light and cerulean text in lieu of buttons on a ultrawhite background—I'm thinking they use this to bolster claim they invented this style all along, since it is one conspicuous instance where Google's use predates iOS). Also, the transparent cue controls. As well as the springboard-like 'raindrop' animation when exiting video.
