Apps to monitor hard drive health?

I have two 2TB external drives hooked up to my Mini, one for media, one to backup everything. Anyone know of software that I can use to check the health of the drives? Eventually I'm moving all the files to a RAIDed NAS, but until I have the money to do so, I'd like to know how my drives are doing. Suggestions?

I don't care of the software is on the Mac App Store or not, just for the record. Thanks!

I recently installed DriveDX. It is very comprehensive. I think you will like it. It is only $20.
