Apps updating but remain in updates??

I have an iPhone 3GS 32GB but this week when updating through app store on the phone, the apps update but some remain in the updates windows. Anyone had or having this issue? It can take days for them to disappear!

i am getting the same problem...

iphone 3gs 32gb running 3.2.1

itunes 9.0.2 on 10.6.2

logged in & out of account numerous times, restarted phone/mac etc..

re-downloaded/synced numerous times...

still nothing..

fired off email to apple to see what the fux they are doing 🙂

i'd rather not delete the app and lose all my prefs etc... and then re-download..

I have had this happen with only a few apps. I haven't deleted it or anything. I just waited and it disappeared. Don't know what is going on thou.

Have to confess they normally clear within 24/48 hours but its annoying

I had that with one of the apps on my phone a few days ago, but it went away after a while. I'm glad it's not only me that has had this problem.
