Universal Apps updating really slow on all devices (4G and wifi)

Hi, since a few days, my apps update really slow on all my devices on mobile and om wifi. It's not a matter of wifi strength since a speedtest on my ipad shows me a speed of 100 mbit/s.

Is this a problem on apple's side?
