Apps use so much data

I'm having problem about data usage of some games
For example I downloaded 8 ball game and sign in with fb after that every time I play this game use 20mb everytime and other games use so much data like csr racing 2 etc
I haven't any problem in ios 7 with data usage with my iPhone 4 but since I purchased iPhone 7 plus this problem appeared
Does anyone know how to fix this

Is it an online game? If it's not, does it use ads or serve any other online service like Game Center?

Yeah some online some offline there is anyway reduce data usage
And
I test one game in Android to compare with ios results are less than ios

Just deny that app mobile data access in the Settings > Mobile Data & see if it breaks anything.

Some games are total data pigs. If you really care about a game and love playing it, complain to the developers. Otherwise keep in mind that most iOS games are just cash grabs and they don't care that much about you.
