All Devices Apps won't update

Since updating to iOS 13.4, apps that require updates won't update. The circle spins a bit then the app goes back to "update". Any clue short of reinstalling the whole thing?

OK. I've sorted it. Had to download an app that was not already on my iPhone, then I was able to update all the apps that needed to be updated.

I'm having the same problem. How did you figure out what app you were missing?
