Apps Zoomed in on iOS8 & iPhone 4.7"

Is anyone experiencing 3rd party apps being zoomed/stretched?

This is even happening even after the app was updated.

For example, Google Maps App states it was optimized for iOS 8 but it is still zoomed in (the time, single reception, etc across the top). Apple Stock apps do not do this.

Any feedback is appreciated.

the apps have to be updated, iOS 8 optimized does not mean iPhone 6 and 6+ optimized...
