Apps Zoomed in on iOS8 & iPhone 4.7"

Is anyone experiencing 3rd party apps being zoomed/stretched?

This is even happening even after the app was updated.

For example, Google Maps App states it was optimized for iOS 8 but it is still zoomed in (the time, single reception, etc across the top). Apple Stock apps do not do this. 😕

Any feedback is appreciated.

the apps have to be updated, iOS 8 optimized does not mean iPhone 6 and 6+ optimized...
