The average iPhone app is about 60 to 100 Megabytes, some really big games can be 1 Gigabyte. So as long as there not very large games you can easily enjoy at least 30 Apps on your 5C! Also don't worry, if you can't download anymore Apps, your phone will tell you to erase old apps that you don't use anymore. I think you are safe and have nothing to worry about
