Appsnapp 1.1.2 - When?

I'm about to pick up an iPhone and would love 3rd party apps without having to go through the extensive 1.1.2-1.1.1-1.1.2 hacking process. What's the chance of an update to jailbreakme.com?

I'm wondering too. I just got an iPhone for my husband, but it already comes with 1.1.2 firmware. I can't wait for appsnapp to work for 1.1.2!! Has anyone heard any updates on it, or how to jailbreak without downgrading?

Unfortunately at this point, jailbreaking a 1.1.2 phone means a long hacking process. I am confident there will be a work around soon enough, but since the SDK will be out in a couple months, will it be worth it? Who knows...

Possibly never. The only reason the 1.1.1 AppSnapp worked was because of a TIFF Exploit, which in the upgrading of AppSnapp was actually fixed, and in the latest firmware, 1.1.2 was also patched, so unless some other way is found, possibly never, although Im sure there will be easier ways to come...
