AppStore can't download any apps

It goes to waiting nothing works. Rebooted multiple times and even tried different appstore ids. Both wifi and lte none work.

Restore or network reset? Did you try rebooting the phone by holding down the power and home buttons? Also, did you try tapping on the icon that shows waiting to see if the download starts / resumes?

Also, is it an iOS 7 beta?
