can you explain in datails how gift works on appstore?
in particular:
1.is it possible to buy a gift on uno store (eg: Germany) and gift app to one account on one other store (eg: Spain?)
2. When I pay gift? whan i make the gift or when reciver download it?
3. (if answere 2 is :when someone download it) What appen if i gift an appat oen price (eg: 0,99$) and when my reciver download it the price is changed (eg 1,99$). How much will i pay?
4. Is there a limited period to download gift for reciver?
