Appstore in Iphone

I have recently brought 2nd hand Iphone 3G, and when i open AppStore and try to install application, in default it is displaying old users login name and asking to type password.
Could you please let me know, how to change the login name in appstore

You need to sync it in iTunes. Your account info in iTunes will be transferred to your iPhone.
