Appzapper but Advanced

Hi Guys,

I am trying to figure out a way to monitor ANY changes made by a program during installation. I previously used Appzapper and AppCleaner but they do not truly find everything.

Is there a way to run an installer through a program that will monitor any changes it makes and output it to a log file?

Unfortunately this relies on the installer to say what is and what is not happening. I have not found anything that will exactly see/record what an installer does. Maybe I would have to run a before and after snapshot in someway.
