I really like it - I'm glad it's more straight up rock than their last one - I've been liking it more and more with each listen so a few more run throughs and I'll have a better opinion. What do you think?

only listened through once so far... too quick to judge i guess, but if I had to say, then I like the last one better... but we'll see.

That would be Linux showing off Beryl's fancy-schmancy multiple desktop implementation. Notice the Ubuntu logo in the menu bar?

oh huh, yeah, Im waiting for ppl to ask, sorry i wasn't awake when the question was posted, lol

Its Ubuntu+Beryl

anyway, its a good way to show off two different wallpapers on same screen.;)

I hate Slim Jims but I love Snapalopes

Man that'd be so sweet... Does it just sit on your desktop like that though still? I do not have pages so I don't know much about it.

Its just a regular document with that aqua_blue.jpg image as a background. Landscape, saved as a pdf, and set as the desktop wallpaper.
Nothing particularly amazing about it :D

Yep it's from Vista, but I love simple 'lightscape' pictures that have some colour but aren't too busy.

Oh but for me and my ability to always loose my marbles that would be perfect if it was an application that was running in the background, and I could just hit F11 and suddenly I remember exactly what I had planed for the day at what time.

Um...this may be a REALLY stupid question...but how do you resize pictures without cropping? I'm new to Macs, so excuse my stupidity.

A great way is with the free ImageWell. It's got resizing, cropping, labeling, a number of basic image manipulation features. Just drag a picture into it, move the slider to resize, and then save it.
