I have no idea where the Green Apple logo came from but most of my wallpaper is off Flickr (search Wallpaper Apple) or Interfacelift which also has an Wallpaper segment. If you look on March Desktops I think there is one in there.

A new desktop chosen as I sit here remembering Lena, my cat that I chose 20 years ago today because she was the quiet one in a litter, and a book I'd just got on cats said to always choose the most extrovert one. She stayed in the corner of the box that was brought 'round to carry them all in, looking afraid. She's been my parents cat ever since I left home and she was 20 today. Her last week has been very difficult and tonight she had to be put to sleep.
Very sad. I don't have any photos of her here but as I sat thinking my desktop changed and this photo just seemed to fit how I was feeling. She was languid in the extreme!

I'm really sorry to hear that. I don't know what I would do if something happened to my pet and best friend, Toby (a three year old pug). For whatever it's worth know that my thoughts are with you tonight. Some people don't get the bond between a person and a beloved pet, but I surely do.

We have a 4 year old Schnauzer/Peekapoo mix named Molly and we all love her so much, so I too understand that pet/human bond.
