Heres mine for now, might change it though:

The above thumbnail comes out to small.. When I did screen capture the file was 4mb. what is the right way to downsize so that when the thumbnail is selected it will be as big as the other pictures here??

How are you getting a 4MB screen capture? Mine are like 1.7MB, anway to answer your question....

1. Just press Shift+Cmd+3 to take a screenshot. It will put it on your desktop as a PNG.

2. Open it In Preview

3. Click Save As, and select JPEG

4. Drag the quality slider just barley to the left of "Best" until the size is under 1MB, and save

5. Attach image to post, and viola, you have a full size, high quality desktop screenshot

Here's mine for April! I edited the original image as I thought that the colours should be the other way round (black to white) and that the image itself was too large so I shrunk it a bit!
