Yeah.. I know that it does the Dock and Menu bar and all... but I didn't realise that you could get the wall paper to!!!

Here you go.

As for the menu bar, it depends on how you have your dual monitors set up. For me, I have my secondary display (Iron Man one) above my macbook display (Spider-Man one). So in that situation, I am able to place the menu bar on the top display, and it'll just act as an extension to my macbook, where the dock is still on the bottom...Hope that answers your question.
