OS X isn't "worm free". The first OS X worm surfaced in 2006, and there have been others since that time.

Even Mac users should be prepared for the worst case scenario . I unplugged my toaster and all the other potentially lethal appliances at 11:59 p.m. tonight... ;)

Even as a mac user I'm being affected. My debate partner's dad is shutting off their computers all day today, and we have a tournament starting friday to get ready for. Now we can't share information today <_<
I'm going to laugh if the people behind this never meant to use it for bad purposes, it's all just a big joke.

    Oddities today

When I woke my computer from sleep today, a "quick view" window of my ACL (access control list) popped up. I did not open the file and I believe it was not modified. Also, the "return" key on my keyboard was behaving as a 5 character delete button.

Maybe us macs are not so lucky after all.
