I picked one up on Canadian store yesterday (thursday 20th). Says will arrive between April 24 and May 1. I see they are all sold out by next day.

Yeah they went quick! I got one and was going to try it out and then order another but they sold out before I got mine. But they’re really awesome. Pretty great how every zone you set creates a new sensor in Apple Home.

It doesn’t need a hub you can pair it straight to Apple Home.
