I'd kill for a 10.0 - 10.2 Aqua theme. It would probably have to be on something like Xfce to be most authentic. Could also work on a modified MATE / GNOME Flashback environment.

In the mean time, I'll have to settle for manually replaced icons, desktop backgrounds, and Docky,

Docky is a really nice application.

MATE is very easy to customize in every aspect, there is a huge verity of themes available online and you can modify those too

I've tried it twice, and I've found MATE 18.04 to be unstable, with the Brisk menu crashing a lot.

To me, Cinnamon, Pantheon, and GNOME are much more polished, stable desktop environments to use. Personally, I also think they look nicer in their vanilla states.
