ARC converter

Some TVs support DD+ and Atmos DD+ (not full Atmos) via ARC.

Is there a box that will convert one HDMI ARC to two HDMI?

I am not talking about an ARC extractor to optical, which cannot support these formats.

This is not a splitter either.
