archive and install issues

I recently downgraded from Leopard to tiger with the archive and install feature. I called up Apple tech support and they told me that my pics will be all be saved from iphoto. Well everything is done now and i cant find one pic! where the hell did they go! Can anyone help me.

Question: When you did the archive and install, did you make sure "Preserving users" was selected? If it wasn't, then I believe all your old data will be in the "Previous Systems" folder, in Users-->yourusername.

If you did have that selected, that's pretty weird--can you see the iPhoto library in your Pictures folder now? How big is it (use "get info" in the Finder)--this would indicate if the pictures are there and iPhoto just isn't seeing them.
